How does the price drop?
Every deal has a price ladder. As more neighbours join, the price for everyone moves down a step. When the deal locks, everyone pays the final lowest price and we refund any difference automatically.
What if not enough neighbours join?
It still goes ahead, even if you're the only home, at the lowest price the group reached. A few deals need a minimum to start: they show a "Needs N to start" badge, and if that isn't reached you get a full refund (or pay nothing).
When do I pay the balance?
Nothing is paid online. After you book, Groopit messages you on WhatsApp with the amount and how to pay. When the deal locks, you pay the final, lowest price.
What is the revisit guarantee?
If something isn't right within 30 days of a completed booking, request a free revisit from the booking page.
